I was responsible for the central performance management for the B2B-Sales channel for medium- and large-sized businesses. In this position, I tracked sales KPIs, introduced measures, and briefed the management. In addition, I was appointed PMO for a yearlong sales programme, in which I also promoted my own initiatives. My daily tasks included the administration of the OPEX budget, the adaptation of the CRM software salesforce, and the distribution of information to direct sales.
As participant of the dual study concept, I benefitted from the rotation of theory and practice. During practical phases at Vodafone Business, I applied the corresponding theoretical equipment provided by the Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW). Working for the Sales, Business Transformation and Business Sales Development Department, respectively, I gained a thorough understanding of the B2B telco market and Vodafone Business.
