Other projects: introduction of IFRS 17/9, new Procurement and Travel & Expense tool.

Setting up a new unit combining all global operations departments dealing with international clients based on a True Customer Centricity approach. Team size of 250 employees spread across 20 offices in the US, Europe, and Asia Pacific. Coordination with more than 100 Fronting Partners across the world.
