Leading a team of 400+ engineers and military personnel to provide independent test and evaluation services for air platforms and systems for the UK Ministry of Defence. Management of Specialist Technical Capabilities including flight physics, structural integrity, mechanical/electrical systems, weapons integration, human performance and safety engineering. Leading 30+ customer facing Project Engineers and ensuring delivery and assurance of integrated output to cost, time and quality.

Leading a team of 50 scientists and engineers in the area of aerostructures. Technical and strategic leadership of the Aerostructures Line of Business, co-ordinate technical and business. Building international partnerships with commercial businesses and governmental organisations to create sustainable business models for manufacturing and technology insertion. Resource planning and forecasting for the group as well as line management and career development of staff.
