  Project manager for the launch of new line of business in small ticket leasing for the Spanish subsidiary. Key liaison in communicating the project status to headquarter management in Munich, and the managing directors of the external vendor (Telefonica). Designed, tested and implemented new credit decision process for this new business line. Developed the system requirements to capture the decision data and report back the deals approved to the vendor. Launched new collections department.

  Managed the annual budget submission and quarterly forecast reporting process for the subsidiaries in the Americas Region. Participated in various projects related to evaluation of new companies and related investments, securitizations, and the development of productivity measures. Co-trainer for BMW’s International Management Training program.

  Managed department of 20 staff and 4 supervisors responsible for the daily processing of more than 500 lease/loan contracts and daily disbursement of over $15 Mio USD to BMW dealerships.

  Managed staff of 6 accountants who were responsible for month-end close, preparing monthly financial statements, and accounts payable. Prepared divisional reporting package submitted on a quarterly basis to Munich. Prepared the due diligence packages submitted to investors in preparation for the securitization of loan receivables. Project team leader for the implementation of SAP general ledger software.

  Supervised staff of four for this USA nationwide chain of women’s specialty clothing shops in the development of the store operating expense budget, analysis of monthly financial statements, preparation of quarterly volume forecasts, and maintenance of accurate store database. Reviewed the return on asset calculations prepared by staff analysts for the new store proposals negotiated by the corporate real estate division.
