• Supporting the product management department, acting as a junior product manager, in charge of the product issues specific in Asia pacific and China • Participating in the new product innovation project, in charge of the process controlling and customer requirement specification report preparation • Independently conducted the research and analysis of market situation and competitors in Asia pacific and China

• Collection, calculation and analysis of production data, e.g. OEE at shop floor • Participated in projects and workshops of process optimization and lean implementation, e.g. redesign of workstation layout • Documentation of workshop reports and preparation of management decision

• Supporting China project team, especially in communication between Audi AG and FAW-VW, e.g. translation of technical documents, interpreting within workshops • Independently conducted the project of desk-sharing project within department, incl. research and design of concepts, presentation and catching approval within group meeting, implementation in cooperation with external partners • Assisting in preparation of department workshops focusing on the redesign of the organizational structure
