* Sourcing of potential candidates through a variety of channels * Telephone screenings and face-to-face interviews with potential new employees * Salary negotiations * Evaluation of consultants after six months * Provide feedback to candidates about the status of their recruitment * Work on various projects related to Recruitment * Back-up for the Recruitment Manager Benelux Search area: all sorts of technical profiles (pharmaceutical, chemical, process, piping, ....)
