- Overall responsibility for the technical development department of WMF's small domestic appliance division and its technical and disciplinary management - Responsibility for product certification - Continuous development of WMF internal structures, processes and tools to increase efficiency in the development process - Evaluation of new product categories and subsequent derivation of WMF internal specifications - European and intercontinental travel to suppliers, test laboratories and service providers

- Responsible for the development of small electrical devices from the idea phase, through the supervision of the technical development to the start of production - Creation of product specifications - Coordination of technical project progress for external product developments - Creation of detailed technical solutions, execution and supervision of design reviews and risk analyses - Close coordination with internal and external interfaces including travel to suppliers in Europe and Asia
