Lead of an outsourced Danish Service Production Center for Graphics and IT Services to Vietnam. Setting the HR framework for operational expansion with focus on performance management, intercultural understanding, effective communication, employee retention and cost control. • Achieved Total Cost (TC) reduction of 18% within economic environment averaging 11% inflation over the last 4 years. • Reduced annual employee turnover rate down to 4.4%.

Led multi-disciplinary teams of 6 direct report lines and 200 employees. Executed an organizational re-structure and set strategic direction by stimulating and leading new business development activities and by expanding the service portfolio. Held full P&L accountability. • Developed and implemented business for new services such as ‘eBook development’ and ‘invoice data capturing’ with forecasted double-diget portion of total revenue achievement in 2011.

German-Vietnamese Start-up as Distribution Centre for imported German Construction Material. Organizing daily business operations as interim Managing Director incl. P&L verification. • Translation of Business Plan from stake holders into a 3 years Strategy. • Finalized contracts with 5 German suppliers and closed exclusive product distribution deal in Vietnam with 1 big local distributor.

Oversaw business development activities and functional sales of a 10-person team. Developed training concepts. Managed office events and 2 global key accounts (Stock index ‘DAX’ listed). • Secured 3-year, over $1M preferred and exclusive training provider agreement (Financial Services and Insurance). • Implemented full outsourced training services (Aviation Industry) incl. set-up, operations, and logistics at 6 training locations.

Account Management for a strategic European client as part of the Aeronautics Industry Solutions Group. Team Lead with disciplinary responsibility of 5 IT Service Consultants. • Participated in a large, innovative international bidding proposal for the first regional IT Outsourcing project to the group’s outsourcing hub in India totaling over $5M. • Secured HR-related project with high Senior Management attention by leading a functional & technical bidding team located across 3 offices.
