Supervised a team of four people, in charge of scheduling, hiring, performance, training team. Our small department was in charge of billing, retention, support and shipping. Increased performance to answering all requests by email or phone within one business day. Installed Knowledge Base for more efficiency and better FAQ database.

Wrote articles/reviews on arts, film, music, dance, theater, concerts and other topics of public interest. In charge of gathering/producing content for weekly entertainment insert titled UV and prepping it for layout.
