Living onsite we transformed the old Park Royal on Royal Pde, Carlton from 2.5 star to a brand new 4.5 star establishment. (4.5 mil later) 100 rooms, Restaurant, cafe, conference/functions. Created all policies and procedures, hired & fired staff etc..
