- Participation in the service pre-launch, launch and post-launch activities for 16 countries in Latin America. - Enhance business profitability for the region and develop plans for business continuity. - Responsible for identifying, initiating and developing new business opportunities. - Management of sales pipeline, identifying new potential customers by making visits, presentations, sales meetings and participating in events within this industry.

I was responsible for managing the VFS Global operations to the Canadian, Irish and Nigerian missions in Brazil. I was the first point of contact for all issues/changes required by these high commissions. I had a large team (+30 people) to run these operations in Brazil.

Reporting to Computer Sciences Corporation headquarters in the US, I have been working with big customers related to Civil Group, public affairs. This includes projects and operations management for USA government (Department of State) and Canadian Government (Citizenship and Immigration Canada) in Brazil.

Service management and service solution sales for two key accounts in the Brazil and Chile. The portfolio includes: • MS, managed services; • CS, customer support services and, • SP, spare parts management services. I was responsible for service contract management, customer expectation and satisfaction, SLAs/KPIs management and reporting.

Huawei has been awarded one contract by Embratel in order to SWAP the Telebras network in the north region of Brazil and I was appointed as project manager in charge of this area. After the conclusion of this project I've appointed to a larger 3G project in Uberlandia Region, in order to turnover a problematic delivery and make the customer satisfied again.
