Developed business processes that supported 75% reduction in branded Centralized Replenishment head count. Migrated three branded production facilities from site-based finished goods deployment to centralized process. Partnered with Business IT to develop a replenishment tool that supports branded head count reduction, supports centralization of deployment process, facilitates training, and improves data accuracy.

Responsible for the steamlined flow of communication between production facilities and corporate headquarters. Ensured that all communication was timely, accurate, and professional. Used company systems to record, track, and report trends.

Leading others while working shoulder-to-shoulder is a real challenge. While with Chick-fil-A I honed my leadership skills, developed the ability to make quick decisions, exercised dynamic problem-solving and implementation techniques, and learned many useful business skills.
