I am a resourceful technical support professional with varied knowledge of both windows and cloud support, and user access management. Throughout my working experience, I have applied and enhanced my technical experience in the use and management of innovative technologies and systems, inclusive of Microsoft Exchange and Active Directory. My passion is to organize and automate my work, especially by writing PowerShell scripts.
