- Managing the customer order processing for the LatAm region and reconciling the accounting system against local books to ensure accurate invoices were issued. - Controlling local receivables, sending invoices, following up with clients and solving issues. - Shaping the AP spreadsheet with weekly payments. - Maximizing the reconciliations to support the LatAm accounting department, as well as purchases and suppliers management. - Assisting the Accounting Manager during monthly accounting close.

- Oversaw cash flow control, AR and AP, accounting reconciliation and financial planning. - Supervised budget preparation and periodical reviews, as well as collaborating with partners in decision making processes and action plans for forecast improving. - Analysed changes in income and expenses, handling the payroll processing and tax calculation. - Elaborated financial statements and submitting obligations to the Government. - Responsible for the ERP managing the company.

- ECD and ECF Review and Fill (Brazilian Obligations). - IRPJ and CSLL Review. - ICMS, IPI, Pis and Cofins Review (Brazilian Taxes).

- In charge of the implantation of a new operational system. - Handling the transaction of the tax regime, invoice issuance and bank reconciliation. - Preparing Tax Sale Certificates, providing customer service via telephone and internet and analysing the product taxation.
