Main responsibilities consist in planning the local sale strategy and coordinating the Business Unit whose sales are 22 MM€ with a growth of 10%, and manage the sales team made by 23 Sales Agent and one Regional Dealer to achieve sales targets. The responsibility foresees also both the coordination of the local MKT team and the promotional activities at National level. I report to the EMEA Franchise Director.

I had the specific tasks to reorganize the sales organization in the region Lumbardy , developing a new logistic office of Styker Italy in Milan and guarantee a smooth transition with the new recruited Sales Manager successor. He was also keeping the of QA/RA Director role, with the responsibility to coordinate the QA/RA Dept. in Rome office to manage the strategies and implement the actions necessary to guarantee the respect of Quality Standard and the compliance with current Medical Devices EU Directive.
