Working as a Senior Project Manager I have managed more than 65 projects within 6 years. Many of the most complex projects were assigned to me. I did oversee over SAP programs (13 projects) and handled many projects in parallel (7). i have managed the Electrolux Rollout from SE to Brazil (60.000 hours+ and 52 consultants). I have also managed smaller SAP projects.

It was a division start-up. Workflow project implemented in parallel with the complete review and subsequent process standardization across 13 countries, supporting business and technical areas (Convergence, Voice, Data, Services). Later I worked to design and implement the framework for the Reporting solution. I also did work integrations and data extraction/migration (ETL).

Contract position through MarshGate - CRM/BI Consultant. Project description: First project was ETL for data cleansing and cause root analysis for integrations between Clarify, Arbor and Mediation. For the second project I've worked within the small and sharp team in charge to migrate CRM and Billing Data into a new platform. Heavily use of ETL.

Contract positiohn through MCIT for ongoing activity supporting ARBOR Corrections, Root cause analysis and ETL in order to Support BIP and Post BIP activities for Business accounts during the billing period. (Shell Script, PL SQL)

Head of Project Management through Pitthan for a SAP Implementation My main duties were related to provide the High level design of the corporate system, ensure process and system had all interfaces set up before the Company's start up; Acting also as a Project Manager Leader, managing 2 other project managers. This corporate environment has SAP (SD, MM, FO, CO, PP), GED, Maximo, Production Planning system developed by ALSTOM in France using J2EE.

As a Project Manager, my main goal was to setup a new services division. Leading 2 managers and two teams (30pax); Define and implement metrics, procedures and process to the development, infrastructure and commercial areas and Standards to be used by the pre-sales support team. It was also necessary prepare the strategy review and set up the Strategic plan for the TI department.
