Responsible for managing a team that develops middle and top management recruitment processes in eight specialisms: Engineering & Construction, Sales & Marketing, Life Sciences, Retail, Information Technology, Accountancy & Finance, Banking and HR. Responsible for the team, in order to maximize new and repeated business, by establishing and monitoring the business KPI’s and by acting as a regional KAM.
