Over my ten weeks I conducted a deep-dive analysis of adidas’s retail payroll model and to quantify it from a labor hours perspective. I gathered my results by doing time studies on the wide range of processes and actions carried out by adidas employees. From there I identified inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement in those tasks.

For the fall 2014 and spring 2015 seasons I learned the role of a sports information director for a major NCAA athletics program. Over the course of the year I was exposed to various aspects of the position including stats research and tracking, feature and secondary story writing, and game day operations.
