Over my ten weeks I conducted a deep-dive analysis of adidas’s retail payroll model and to quantify it from a labor hours perspective. I gathered my results by doing time studies on the wide range of processes and actions carried out by adidas employees. From there I identified inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement in those tasks.
