After 1.5 years I have been Account Manager for Enterprise Customers in Norway and I’m handling an important Portfolio with top customers like Statoil, Telenor, Cirke K, Sykehuspartner etc.

After 5 months, i have created few templates and shared solution regarding different issues from the products that we offered support. Increased my personal productivity with 40 %.

After 6 months I was promoted and I was responsible for distributing the tasks up to 30 workers, based on the stage of the inventory, and the worker's personal skills. Maintain a good relation between OBI’s stuff and Romania’s Team. Help and participate in the recruiting process Initiate newcomers, offer training and supervise them during the work hours.

I was responsible for distributing the tasks up to 20 workers, and sometimes more. Hiring people together with Regional Director and make sure that there are enough people to covering the entire zone. Verify that all the tasks have been fulfilled by each one of the Team members, and provide them with a feedback. Make sure that all correspondences were delivered in time. Delivered more than hundred thousands of correspondences with success for customer like BCR, SPCEP, Libra Bank, Taxes & Fees…etc
