We provide our internal customers with a broad range of tools which allow them to manage their infrastructure capacity and performance as well as monitoring and deep dive troubleshooting of application performance.

Business analyst for the performance and IT capacity management solutions. Responsible for: stakeholder management, requirements specifications, management of our JIRA, UML modelling, user training and communication, input into technical design decisions, release coordination (Scrum).

- Engineering and implementing the IT Service Monitoring ordering process, as well as ensuring its continuous improvement - Engineering, integrating and packaging vendor products into application platforms - Providing 3rd level support for monitoring ordering and monitoring software components - Handling requirements engineering of IT Service Monitoring tools

Development of a reference application on a Java EE 6 stack. The main goal was to build an application using the state of the art JEE 6 stack in order to apply best practices and identify the DOs and DONTs.
