Reports to country sales manager. Managing the sales projects comprises observing the market & distributors’ transactions, exploring sales improving tools, supervising the implementation of sales processes. Responsible of sales improving projects, finding in alternative sales channels, implementing productive solutions and renovating the processes.

Reported to area manager. Responsible of the sales action for the FMCG products (cleansing paper products, cosmetics, household products) through dealers by coordinating the business inside the Istanbul European side and North Marmara & Thrace (Tekirdağ, Kırklareli, Edirne) territories. Responsible from the major key accounts subjected to direct invoice (bulk sales & adjudications). Some of our key accounts are DMO, ERDEMİR, THY, METRO, SHAYA (Starbucks).

Reported to Regional Supervisor. Directed the sales action for the FMCG products through Away From Home channel dealers. Supervising and directing the sales team in order to achieve goals. Route visits throughout the area to prestigious customers, distributors and dealers is the main activity of controlling the business.

Reported to Regional Supervisor. Daily route visits inside the territory, promoted FMCG, Away From Home (AFH) channel products (sort of towels, napkins, toilette papers and cleaning chemicals) to the potential customers.

Reported to the MD. Responsible for the sales of the equipments and/or projects to special accounts and governmental institutions, periodically planned visiting for key accounts’ and special customers’, building and maintaining relationships with key customers; negotiating the projects with high-level executives and decision-makers. Brand manager of specific point-of use water treatment products. Coordinating the company’s general marketing and promotional activities

Reported to the sales director. Directed 6 area managers for their sales & marketing activities. Collected periodic reports and re-reported to Sales Director and to General Manager. Supported their project sales and special customer’s relations by frequent visits. Brand manager of various subsidiary household products and executing direct and channel sales action models, such as retails and “do it yourself” markets. Planned and budgeted the annual marketing and promotional activities

Reported to MD. Managed the dealer network, which constitute of 17 dealers, for their sales & marketing activities, trained them by frequent territory visits (70% of total work time), coordinated and controlled their relationships. Implemented and followed the marketing and promotional activities.

Reported to Sales Manager. Visited both the actual and the potential customers at a given area in Istanbul, promoted the brand, prepared quotations, and negotiated with the decision makers.
