Clearwater Analytics® is a global SaaS solution for automated investment data aggregation, reconciliation, and comprehensive investment accounting and reporting on over $5.9 trillion in assets daily. My role is to facilitate the end to end sales process at both asset owners & asset managers, by identifying pain points and offering solutions in initial calls, demos, meetings, at conferences, and in the market.

Cleartech International (CTI) is a global provider of Technology services operating within the IT, and Telecoms. With a network of partner offices across EMEA we are able to support clients not just in the UK but in other European, Middle Eastern and African countries. Duties included sourcing new clients and candidates and all elements of the recruitment and placement lifecycle. Initial consultation with clients to identify their needs, then set-up a strategic executive search through different channels.

Responsibilities included answering inbound calls relating to a variety of Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution occupational pension schemes. Supported the administration and customer service team by answering complex queries by email. Followed regulatory and compliance procedures to escalate calls, maintain and develop knowledge of different pension schemes.
