Primary function in this role is account management and distribution sales. Product Specialist work with end users and distributors via the telephone, internet and on site to resolve problems and increase sales through established distribution networks. Responsibilities also include the sales of equipment and training customers on how to use whole product solutions. I am able to convey complex technical information in an easy and understandable manner.
