Q3 2015/ Q2 2016 - Technical lead on the implementation of 2 large SAP HANA environments on x86 HW. Q1/Q2 2015 - Infrastructure Architect in Client Environmental Analyze Project.

Supporting project teams in the delivery of project specific architectures based on Reference Architecture standards. Acts as e2e architecture authority across the technology towers and drive the technology compliance through technology road maps. Description: Team lead UNIX engineering team Switzerland. (Up to 12 team members). Contribution: Setup, restructure and lead of an UNIX Engineering team supporting complex projects and setting strategic standards. Setup of initial bi campus work structures. Represented and initiated team into different internal departments. Supported different complex projects executed by my team. Definition of complex standards and concepts. Introduced new team members and guidance to existing team members.

Description: Working as UNIX IT Specialist for different outsourcing customers. Contribution: Primary IBM responsible for Unix aspects. Leading role concerning Unix operations in customer audits. Responsible for planning and support for complex changes in AIX, SAP and storage environment. Setup of flexible, complex and cost efficient backup solution to multiple storage servers with option of storing special long-term saves externally.

Description: Working in a team of experts to assure a stable, secure and efficient operation of a UNIX based client / server infrastructure for 2 different departments. (Using this infrastructure mainly for CAD based modelling) Contribution: Responsible for operational aspects like OS upgrade planning and execution, backup and recovery, new OS installations, security, network connectivity, High Availability design and implementation.
