Managed the North American market introduction of Mobile Internet. In Brazil, setup and managed a program to adjust business processes, governance and organizational structure.

Led the startup and execution of an anticipation program to attract the prospective 4th mobile network licensee in Austria by closing optional leases with property owners and authorities for erecting mobile telephony related equipments, based on suitable network designs. Build and developed the organization from scratch, up to 130 persons, divided in 3 regions, across the country and budget of € 10 m. Managed a fixed networks systems project, from contract negotiation to customer acceptance.
