Über mich

I have knowledge on EU food regulations and institutions and also more practical knowledge to analyse the need of consumers and market food products to meet the demand. Quality, safety and hygiene in food production, document maintenance in a food company are understood. During my internships, the processing steps of various products like whey powder, lactose production, yoghurt, juices, milk, laban up, lebeneh cheese, cream, ghee,drinking water etc were more familiarised. I also studied about water purification, quality testings, bottling of water and it's shelf life studies. The quality tests of packaging materials in food industries like cartons, bottles, caps, sleeves were also very well understood. As an engineering graduate in Dairy Technology, I gained good theoretical and more practical experience in chemical and microbial analysis of milk and milk products, the production flow and other parameters in dairy production, quality control and documentation in dairy plants.
