My involvement starts when it comes to complex technical solutions in challenging environments with multiple stakeholders in the area of building management and safety and security solutions. Requirements have to be collected, understood, discussed and balanced between different stakeholders, technical and economical constraints, different schedules and more. Interfaces between suppliers and technical solutions have to be identified or created, verified, and implemented in time. Non-functional requirements like performance, risks and reliability have to be considered through though. All this has to be delivered with a multi-national distributed team. If this is the case it is the right challenge for me.
