- Strategic advisory, planning, unbundling, restructuring, negotiation and novation of 3rd party contract relationships for various ZURICH M&A transactions. - Cost control, commercial valuation and various post day-1 contract & commercial activities.

As the Relationship Executive for CSC I'm responsible for the global portfolio of contracts with ZURICH's largest strategic supplier. Leading a team of contract and commercial professionals. Oversight of a yearly spend of more than half a billion dollar. Responsible for the development of the supplier strategy and maintaining the account plan. Chairing the Executive Relationship Forum and responsible for the overall governance.

Was seconded to a strategic M&A transaction of the ZURICH Group in Russia. Negotiated the IT spin-off (Transitional Service Agreement btw Zurich Russia and the buyer of the company) and helped to establish the new local Zurich subsidiary 'ZURICH Reliable, Russia' for the non-divested part of the Russian business. Acted ad interim as CPO Russia. I kept on advising the Zurich Strategic Sourcing department in all kind of IT contract matters and negotiated commercial settlements in the ITO space.

Led a team of Contract & Commercial Managers responsible for the oversight of Zurich's strategic IT Sourcing transactions (TCV > 6.5b USD; annual spend of almost 1b USD)

Was responsible first for all contract related matters for the eWP (Enduser Services) outsourcing contract with CSC, after a few month also for all commercial matters of this strategic transaction. Was facing of to the suppliers contract manager, commercial manager and service delivery executive.

Was responsible from a legal and contract perspective for IBM Switzerland largest Outsourcing transaction and the legal focal point to that customer. In addition I covered Data Privacy topics. Had a dual reporting line to the Managing Director of the customer Integrated Account and to the IBM CH General Counsel.

Led a team of lawyers and contract professionals (22 HC) for IBM Switzerland. Developed, reviewed and implemented contract processes and procedures. Developed new standard Ts&CS. Negotiated contract terms and conditions by supporting the sales organization for all IBM's offerings (ITO, BPO, technical services, application development, software, hardware, IT financing, BCRM, etc.). My contract managers provided post signature support by giving guidance and advice on contractual and commercial matters.

Managed operations with team sizes with over 60 people and revenues in excess of $40M in insurance domains. Provided cost transparency, trend analysis and business specific reporting to all business lines in the region. Led strategic change plan and defined the programmes of change that supports business delivery. Identified the best suppliers and negotiated the best agreements ensured spend management success, assessed and improved supplier performance. Responsible for Supplier Management, IT Procurement,

Responsible and accountable for the coordinated management of multiple related projects directed toward strategic business and other organizational objectives.Maintained continuous alignment of program scope with strategic business objectives, and made recommendations to modify the program to enhance effectiveness toward the business result or strategic intent. Presented periodic Dashboard reports on the current program, future opportunities and client issues.
