- Coordinating the Non-production Purchasing Team; - Setting the objectives of the team and follow-up of accomplishing those; - Reporting to the company management; - Implementation of procedures and company policy; - Improvement of daily business; - Offer analysis and price negotiations for obtaining the best conditions in order to achieve best cost, quality and in time aquisitions; - Order processing in e-Purchase and AS400;

- Order processing in SAP according to internal requirements; - Price negotiations; - Order tracking - Material stock tracking; - Checking invoices and other discrepancies.

- Identifying of new suppliers; - Sending RFQ's - Offer analysis and price negotiation - Sending Purchase Orders and tracking them

- Receive of internal RFQ; - Identifying possible suppliers for materials; - Analize and negotiate the received offers for best commercial conditions to insure the best cost, quality and delivery time; - Placing PO's in ERP system(AS400); - Tracking orders according to the agreed terms; - Verifying invoices and incoming goods receipt; - Resolving various discrepancies in invoices(price, quantity, payment terms) - Material stock tracking in order to maintain a optimal level;
