Management of integrated Procurement services at sub-regional level for all DHL divisions in Eastern-EU, Russia & Turkey (spend ~850m€ p.a.) to achieve high value contribution, benefit realization & efficiency. Ensure internal customer satisfaction by meeting the demand in terms of quality, price & service. Means: close cooperation within the Group to develop & implement best proc. strategies, leading & developing 5 country proc. teams (18 FTEs), identifying, contracting & developing best in class suppliers

Leading the sub-region Procurement Organization (4 countries) with an annual spend of ~750m€. Professionalizing the Business Partner (internal customer) Management to integrate local Business requirements in the (global) category (sourcing) strategies, as well as turn around the Procurement Service Performance to increase value and saving delivery by transform the sub-reg. Procurement organization from tactical into strategic sourcing organization (15 FTEs)

Leading 2 Strategic Sourcing cluster teams (9 FTE) on European level covering “Services” (Temp Labor HR-Services, Marketing, Travel, Consulting) and “Ground Fleet” (Heavy Vehicles, Cars, Vans, Fuel and all Fleet Services /-Products) with an annual spend of ~600m€. Developing and implementing state of the art European strategic sourcing strategies in collaboration with the global category organizations to ensure best procurement service delivery to the strategic, internal customers.

Leading the global, virtual procurement team for temporary labor, recruiting, training and additional HR-Services with an annual spend of ~1,2bln€; driving up value delivery to the DP DHL Group by development of the global category sourcing strategies and approaches to leverage the costs, manage / mitigate risks and optimizing processes via strategic supplier development and Key Account Management with global Business Partners.
