Supervise, train, support, motivate & assist production account managers in proper underwriting criteria for the Eastern territory. I am also responsible for all middle market accounts. In late 2006, I developed a 2x4 program, to meet the needs addressed by the agents who utilize us. If a submission was received by 2pm, we would have a response for them by 4pm (a quote, a declination, or an indication of premium contingent upon additional information). This was an overwhelming success.
