Standardizing finance business processes for 1628 stores, 11 distribution centres in 2 countries while consolidating numerous applications and modules on a single platform; as a result, reduce complexity and maximize both flexibility and keep focus on the business within latest S/4HANA solution (working in partnership with SAP Deutschland).

Scoping and Blueprinting. Rollout to multiple locations including China, U.A.E., Netherlands and Belgium.

Within the Roll-out team, I am leading the financial deployment of the solution into Vestel Iberia (fit gap analysis and the localization including the full configuration, migration, training and support, accurate documentation and ensure full integration with Sales, purchasing and logistics). In addition to this role, I have assumed the role of strategic advisor on the Spain roll-out and enrichment of existing group template already delivered to Go-Live Company Codes.

SAP FI-CO Subject Matter Expert along with PMO activities: Setting up the program organization Project Management team's Task and Responsibility Triple Constraints Balancing for Successful SAP project:  Project Scope - Articulating the specific work to be done for the project.  Project Time - Setting the finish date of the project as well as any interim deadlines for phases, milestones, and deliverables.  Project Cost - Calculating and tracking the project costs and budget.

SAP S/4HANA Greenfield Implementation (Telecom sector, largest Middle East mobile operator) As SME and Team Lead, I was responsible to deliver FI BBPs in order to meet all requirements to successfully conduct second phase project migration to HANA Simple Finance: GL, AP, AR (SD-Billing), TR and Fixed Assets.

Hitachi’s European / Pan-American Reorganisation Program is based around an SAP Enterprise 6.0 core being rolled out Europe-wide (21 countries), US, Canada, Mexico, Argentina and Brazil. My role as SAP FI CO Subject Matter Expert and Team Lead comprises developing the data migration processes from high level strategy.

Greenfield Project (Retail Sector) Responsibilities included leading FI module [A/P, A/R, GL, AA, BK, new GL (doc. splitting), taxes (VAT, WHT…), period closing activities, e-house bank statement (N43), payment formats (N34), collections (N58) and return collections (N19) and integration with external central purchasing company (IFA GROUP) and “500” point of sales (POS-DM).
