Provides the strategic and operational leadership of Post Up Stand, which is a North American market leader in banner stand displays and mobile presentation solutions for trade shows, retail stores, restaurants, lobbies and other advertising display use cases. Post Up Stand specializes in high-quality, wide-format printing that delivers customized messages to customers' target audiences.

Operational leadership of the Displays2go business unit of TAKKT AG, reporting to the President of the Specialty Products Group. Responsible to transition the business from private ownership to a publicly traded portfolio.

Member of Senior Management Team; direct report to CFO/COO. Led all Distribution Center, Logistics, and Facilities Management operations in a fast-paced, high-volume B2C / B2B consumer products business. Responsible for Logistics, to include Import FCL, LCL, Air Freight, and LTL Domestic freight, customer order shipping, Drop Ship programs, 3PL relationships, and related services. Responsible for all physical plant operating functions for corporate offices, contact center, and distribution center.

Member of five-person, elected, Board of Selectmen, which serves as the chief policy-making body and executive board of the Town, responsible to appoint a Town Manager to carry out the daily operations of the Town and appoint members of various standing committees. Responsible for setting guidelines for the preparation and approval of the annual $65mm budget. Prior to Selectman, served as member and Chairman of School Committee for a district of over 400 staff and 3800 students, with a $30mm budget.

Member of Executive Management Team; direct report to COO. Led a team of over 300 Operations associates in a large-scale, fast-paced, distribution / B2C fulfillment center and corporate office environment in planning, organizing and implementing all warehousing functions, receiving, quality inspection and storage of products, order processing and shipping, and all physical plant operating functions at multiple sites.

Served as Director of Operations and Director of Building Services prior to promotion to Senior Director. Led a team of Operations managers, associates and contractors in a large-scale, fast-paced, fulfillment center and corporate office environment in planning, organizing and implementing all warehousing functions, receiving and storage of products, order processing and shipping, and all physical plant operating functions at multiple sites.

Served as Commander, Executive Officer, Operations Officer, and Foreign Military Advisor, while working with Tank, Mechanized Infantry, and Reconnaissance units, Served as Staff Officer, in a variety of roles, including Logistics, Training, Emergency Management / Homeland Security, Human Resources, and Information Technology. Experience includes service as Associate Professor teaching Leadership and Management. Performed duties at tactical and strategic levels in the USA, Europe, Asia, and the Caribbean.
