At the Marketing Planning & Development Department: promotion & digital marketing, prepare the insurance policy report day by day and make a recapitulation of the report itself. Then, Customer Relations Department: analyze about our products for a long-run strategy (retention) & point rewards program for the customers. At Marketing Relations Department: working on the Marketing Data Intelligent in order to improve our sales. This department is also the window to the Toyota Astra Motor.

I was responsible for providing personal service to newly arrived. Guiding customers through the following registration processes: getting their residence permit and health insurance, opening their bank account, and helping their registration with the Indonesian Embassy, were my tasks. I was supposed to be giving seminars to customers: finding accommodations in Germany and living regulations according to Hausordnung’s, studying tips, and sharing personal experiences.

My responsibilities were to answer basic informational and library policy questions and assisting readers to use computer equipment, as well as conduct literature searches. Preparing the new books and promoting the library's resources to users were my duties by using the RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) management system. I was supposed to be using library systems and specialist computer applications. I also had to selecting, developing, cataloguing and classifying library resources.

Assisting with audits and with month-end financial reports. Helping at determination of the tax (VAT) and send a notification to the tax office were my responsibilities. Another tasks that I did were helping with accounts receivable & payable, supporting the payment processing and supporting the net income method and monthly profit determination. I learned a lot by working with the finance on yearly forecasting efforts as well as working with the balance sheet and data entry.

Working at the one of the biggest logistic company in Germany gave me more perspectives of logistics matter. At this company, I was responsible for goods distribution and picking & packaging. At the end of the working days, I supposed to provide the logistics data and made a report out of it. I supervised the loading and unloading the goods from and to the containers. Except worked as a logistic personal, I was also the transport operator which gave me the deeper insight of this kind of business.

Delivering the newspaper of Kurier am Sonntag on every weekend-basis.

As a logistic officer, I had to plan the exact method of how the products will be transferred from one place to another, and stored properly in the shelf. Also I had to review the existing logistics method, and suggest any betterment that is required. On a daily basis, I prepared the customers order and picking and packing the goods in the warehouse. I also had to develop methods of tracking the commodities available in the warehouse and worked as the transport operator.
