Short-term fixed contract offered to me from a previous employer upon immediate return to the UK . My role helped alleviate an increase in construction projects. Details of the role are below (earlier in my career). I refused an extension of the position due to the desire to migrate to Germany.

Consulting Project Manager in construction. Accountable for delivering projects on time and to approved budgets. Developed business cases, feasibility reports, cost estimations. Responsible for acquiring tender submissions and submitting recommendations. Administered contracts and issued payment recommendations to clients. Altus provided me sponsorship to continue working in Australia.

•Client side Project Manager, responsible for refurbishing and upgrading 33 residential aged care villages across Central and North Sydney. •Engaged with and managed consultant teams, developed designs and ensured cost effective solutions. •Managed a monthly budget of $1M – 1.5M spread over 25 - 35 independent projects at any one time. •Working visa limited employment to 6 months

•Managed recreational divers of varying skill levels in highly stressful situations with unpredictable currents. •Demonstrated strong leadership, organisational and communication skills as an active PADI Dive Master. •Assisted a failing dive centre and hotel; marketed the business and found more efficient ways of working. •Facilitated the dive centre to achieve a Trip Advisor top 3 position. Increased customer numbers from an average of 30/month in Jan '15 to 400/month by Aug '15.

•Responsible for managing refurbishment projects within an extremely challenging environment. •Assisted with strategic space planning and designed projects such as research labs, conference spaces, lecture theatres and open plan offices. •Assisted in the master planning of the University. Scheduling approximately £200M of construction over 8-10 years. •Compiled an approved list of contractors and developed a KPI system to evaluate their performance.

First class honours with industrial work experience. Awarded “Best Construction Student 2013” from RICS. Dissertation: “A Study of the Weaknesses in UK Private Finance Initiative Projects and their Implications on the Reform”.
