1. Managing the setup of a production facility in Thailand as Managing Director: - Board of Investment Project - Establishment of the legal entity - Selection of a suitable factory location - Planning and Mgmt of the complete facility and interior decoration - Selection and Mgmt of an external accounting office - Company Treasury & Yearly Closing Responsible 2. SEA Transfer Pricing and Components Sourcing, particularly composite material 3. Coordination of setting up sales subsidiaries in ASEAN

- Setup and serial running of an elevator motor production in China with around 30 staff members - Increase the ratio of components sourced in China by 20 % - Coordination of the In-housing of a sub-contracted motor range production. - Implementation of plan based cost accounting structure for hourly rates per production cost centre.

- Company reorganisation and strategy alignment - Transfer of the in house motor production to an external supplier incl. staff reduction - Quality improvement resulting in a strong reduction of quality costs - Enhancement of the quality management system according to ISO 90001:2008 in connection with a quality assured production for the “Manufacturing of Gears in hazardous areas” according to EG guideline 94/9 as well as accomplishment of the associated audits.
