Further developed and managed the TAP-YTL program, as well as advanced transatlantic relations and projects for the AHK USA-Chicago in Germany, specifically in Chicago's sister city Hamburg.

Conceptualized and headed the Transatlantic Program-Young Technology Leaders (TAP-YTL) program series focussing on industry-specific trips for young Americans to Germany. Also responsible for managing other consulting projects and events including international trade delegations and university-outreach series, primarily in the Energy Efficiency sector.

Planned and executed events and projects for the GACCoM Consulting Department, industry focus on energy efficiency/green building. Managed the Transatlantic Program (TAP) since September 2009, which sent American students to Germany for internships and intercultural training.
