Tax and accounting advise.

Responsible for the management of more than 20 recurring audits of financial statements in accordance with IFRS, US GAAP and Swiss GAAP, involvement in one major Swiss SIX listed client as Group Audit Senior Manager and ad-hoc accounting assurance projects. Administrative processes such as HR performance manager of 4-6 employees, involvement in internal trainings and people development, involvement in client targeting process, marketing activities/events, etc.

In charge of planning and performing financial statements and SOX 404 audits for a few mid-sized national clients and two stock-listed clients in the information, communication and entertainment industry in Canada. Thereof, five months of professional audit experience in the USA. (Atlanta, Miami, Minneapolis and Louisville) auditing subsidiaries of a major listed Canadian Company in the marketing and advertising industry.

Planning and performing of audits mainly with middle market clients throughout several industries within the industrial and consumer market. As an assistant manager in 2004 I was responsible for the audit team at the client's site (audit teams of 2-4 employees).

Maintenance and improvement of the internal Management Information System (MIS). Monthly Reporting for seven foreign sales regions and two manufacturing units. Planning and Coordination of the Budgeting for the European countries (Sales Forecasts, Financial Budgets, Investments Budget, HR Budget, Cost Department Budget). Other tasks were the maintenance of the Cost Department Accounts, the Fixed Assets Accounting and several one-time analysis and reports.

Responsible for all accounting matters which included the financial accounting, the payroll accounting and the accounts payable accounting. In addition responsible for the whole payroll administration, such as social insurance, accident/illness insurance and pension fund. Other tasks were Cash Management, cooperation in Marketing Events and other administration functions.

After my study leave in England I worked for six months as a Commercial Clerk in the construction company where I completed my commercial apprenticeship. I was responsible for the financial, payroll and cost department accounting and other administration functions (general administration, organization, writing offers, invoicing, etc.).
