I facilitated the international government relation on the China perspective and moving forward China Program's relations with several European agencies including GIZ, KfW, DFID, Swiss Embassy, and EU etc. I had explored the opportunities with private foundations e.g. Mercator Foundation and CIFF and European companies. In addition to 1-to-1 relation building, I organised several workshop, events and study tours for European experts and practitioners to share their experience with Chinese counterparts.

I served clients including leading Chinese State Owned- Enterprises such as PetroChina, as well as multinational companies, such as Volkswagen. I worked on and led projects ranging from organisation design, workforce transformation to strategic planning.
