I lead a department consisting of 6 engineers, an analyst and a project manager. My main achievements are: - Recommendations engine, built from scratch in-house - has already beaten external SaaS solutions; - Catalog ranking engine, built in-house, extremely profitable; - Our own A/B/N-testing engine.

I managed projects on web search quality, mostly considering search results ranking.

My priority task was detection of web spam, phishing and other unwanted content in the search results. I also led projects on search quality improvement both inside my department and in cross-department teams. I used methods of data mining, machine learning, association rule learning, etc. to find out hidden dependencies in data and create new rules for detection documents, sets of documents and domains that should not be presented for end users.

Worked on development & implementation of mining and accounting logistic systems in oil and gas industry.

Participated in CCMECH 7 in 2011 with a report 'About movement of a ball on a grassy lawn'. Won first degree diploma at math contest by UlSU in 2012.

Twice was honoured by Aleksandrov's award for distinguished academic results. Diploma Cum Laude.
