Designed, developed, and maintained the back-end software applications responsible for the generation of electronic claim billing files and the processing of claim adjudication data from the payers for the pharmacy industry.

Responded to all Internet sales inquiries, scheduled and delivered onsite vehicle demonstrations, and closed sales.

Managed the system test team of a B2B website integration project for a Fortune 100 client, ensuring all use cases were implemented as documented. Developed and implemented several web pages for same project, using BroadVision, JavaScript, and HTML.

Assisted clients on-site with installation, configuration, deployment, and training with the Continuus Change Management tool suite (CCM) on various Unix and WinNT platforms. (CCM is a proprietary task-based software configuration management tool, which includes software versioning and change management.)

Designed, developed, and deployed data migrations for several major clients, using ETI Extract. These data migrations were from diverse sources, and included query, sort, merge, change-data-capture, and populate functionality on various hardware/OS platforms. Led team on a highly successful 15-month project migrating The Boeing Company’s legacy payroll and HR systems data to Peoplesoft.

Provided internal and external training in NetEssential, Seer’s proprietary middleware product. Maintained the NetEssential training courseware. Designed and developed a GUI add-on tool to ease the imbedding of NetEssential in C/C++ source code during the development process. Developed a multi-tier demo of NetEssential to aid in the sales process.

Designed and developed a significant portion of a ground-station support application to be used by the trucking industry for scheduling, tracking, and maintaining daily truck activity in real-time. Designed and developed reporting applications for the trucking data to allow the client to monitor customer profitability. Made numerous enhancements to the on-board software used to capture truck activity both in batch mode and real-time (via radio transmission).

Developed and instructed evening short courses in C, PowerBuilder, Unix, C++, and SQL.

Participated in and/or managed numerous successful software projects, and was involved in all stages, including requirements gathering, scheduling, design, construction, deployment, and documentation
