China-based American engineer, responsible for machinery modernization at world's largest conveyor belt plant. Key Responsibilities and Accomplishments: - Managed small local team to spec, purchase, install, and commission a new steel cord conveyor belt production line using both German and Chinese suppliers. - Our team also implemented a variety of process improvements in the plant.

Key Responsibilities and Accomplishments: - Managed a wide variety of capital improvement projects from start to finish. - Estimated costs, created and manage budgets, located vendors, and oversaw machine construction, installation, and startup.

Key Responsibilities and Accomplishments: - Designed changes to conveyor belt mfg. equipment to improve product and process quality. - Supported maintenance and troubleshooting of plant equipment and facilities. - Six Sigma “Black Belt”.
