As founder and performance strategist, I have created the foundation for the revenue generating programs for our clients. I am responsible for organizing the training activities, providing the coaching services, and conduct all the speaking and seminar programs.

As VP/GM, I managed the entire organizational team. I focused on nurturing the 'fully empowered cross functional team" culture that was the key to the business' ongoing success. I also played a key role in maintaining and expanding our key account relationships.

Was responsible for organizing the generation of new business relationships. Brought new clients to the organization that included: Flagstar Bank, Tower Automotive, Bosch, and Textron.
