During 10 months at Lupon Media I gained a lot of experience in digital marketing and customer support. I managed hundreds of customers (clients). My job was to communicate with clients (via e-mails and Google Meet) and understand their needs and issues they have. I was creating ad units, creatives (Google Ad Manager) and implementing them on their websites. I was implementing ads through Ad Inserter in Wordpress. Also, every day I was entering data from different sources into the company system. Since we were working with hundrets of clients, I learned how to multitask effectively. I am also familiar with HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
