I have been working in an Internet based company since the beginning of the Internet in 1997, which translates into me having holistic expertise in all levels of designing, developing and operating complex Web services that serve millions of users. At the start of the Internet in 1998 I founded an internet company based in San Francisco with a software engineer who was based in Paris. To now managing Anoox non-profit Social network, a Social network dedicated to doing good. The only non-profit Social network to my knowledge. I have managed team of software developers, from 3 people to as big as 60, with these diverse teams spread in offices in USA and Europe, with many working in-office and many remotely. I also have extensive experience in working with groups outside of engineering from sales to marketing to meet the financial goals of the company.
