Provide engineering and technical support to the daily production specializing in palm oil splitting, fatty acid distillation, and fractionation. • Ensure plant operations in compliance with safety regulations • Identify and evaluate plants’ KPIs and TPM • Responsible for the compilation and revision of production-related documents • Participation in annual plant auditing as per DQS-Audit according to ISO 7 • Coordinate annual plant shutdown with engineering and maintenance department

Design, oversee and control all projects intended to increase site capacity & production quantity & quality. • Prepare & compile documents required for the proposal of government permission • Prepare PFD, PID, plant layout, mass and energy balance, operation cost, and logistic movement • Design, outsource, and review various equipment and instruments • Oversee & supervise the installation of various plant facilities • Oversee and participation in pre-commissioning and commissioning of new plants

Analyze process procedures and design engineering concepts for the development of production facilities. • Prepare process optimization plan with main goal of optimum plant capacity and minimum loss • Conduct analysis and execute improvements on site facilities • Participation in plant design of new projects for splitting tower, distillation columns, and revamp of the site’s logistic
