Role – IT Project management, month-end closing, reporting & forecasting, Fixed assets and GL accounting, Financial planning and post mortem & projection analytics, corporate US GAAP reporting, – onsite support at GE Healthcare Bios Austria branch.  Corporate reporting lead for our entity and specialist in finance systems and BI tools. Expert in reporting and forecasting, and responsible for P&L and Amortization forecasting for our business.

 Managed the 23 member team supporting FP&A, GL and Controllership processes of GE Healthcare for HCIT and HCS businesses. Ensured process excellence (accuracy, timeliness, improvements etc.) to meet business goals. Manage the revenue, growth, yearly forecast, and risk and opportunity analysis for our COE P&L. Was also the lead of the hiring panel for our COE.

Monitor the fixed assets, capex of the Organization across locations, approving payments to vendors, MIS Reporting, ROCE analysis, and other Corporate and Audit reporting. • Worked closely with the IT team for Implementation of new ERP for finance activities. Preparation of 5 Year Plan, budget forecasts and variance analysis including risk analysis for Capital Expenditure apart from inventory reports and AR ageing management.
