Responsible for the global IT Service Delivery to ensure that the IT Services provided are suporting business goals and objectives. In a shared services approach repsonsible to support the business and other technology functions to deliver reliable, stable and well performing IT Services for the user. Representing the entire ICT organization towards the business. Accountable for endpoint support and endpoint lifecycle globally (~12.000 devices). Leading a virtual team across the globe (~ 95 FTE).

Responsible for the global IT Service Management incl. IT strategy, IT Service Desk, IT process design, implementation and continual improvement, IT service continuity, business relationship management, business IT alignment as well as single point of contact for all cross functional IT requests. Introducing an ITSM framework to the IT organization. Leading a virtual team across the globe.

Responsible for IT Infrastructure within the EMEA region incl. Network Services (WAN/LAN - MPLS, Cisco, HP, Riverbed), Data Center Services (incl. application operation for Exchange, Active Directory, Sharepoint, Windows Server, SAP, Storage & File Services, Databases, VM Ware), Desktop Management (Software Distribution - Lan Desk), Field Services and Communication Services (Contact Center Systems - Siemens, Genesys, VoIP). Leading approx. 70 FTE in 6 Teams spread across Europe.

- Setup and leading IT Web Management EMEA - Functional leadership of local web administrators within EMEA - Projects like ‘development of global web strategy’, ‘global standardization of content management systems’ or implementation of several local websites - Interface between Marketing and IT (EMEA and Americas) - Responsible for global domain inventory and DNS management - Supplier selection and management

- Responsible for an optimized online portfolio (B2B and B2C) - Development of global master template for corporate websites (PHP, mySQL) - Training and technical support of local web administrators
