The unit has over 4,000 employees and combines a call centre for corporate clients, a middle office for centralising document management and a remote sales and telemarketing department. My team has developed a single data model to consolidate over 40 source systems. I have also implemented a bonus/reward system for all 4K employees in 60+ roles.
