Managing and directing proposal preparation tasks and personnel; Prepare the proposal management plan; Transform capture strategy into aligned proposal strategies and themes; Develop a Red Team review plan and support the Red Team review lead; Assess Red Team review recommendations with the capture triumvirate, and incorporate approved recommendations into the final proposal;

Prepare and maintain the proposal management plan, especially the proposal outline, schedule, and response matrix. Control access to the proposal area and competition‐sensitive or proprietary materials. Development of proposal review plans, final production cycles, and required resources. Coordinate the internal flow and review of proposal inputs and outputs. Maintain real‐time development status and version control of proposal text and graphics.

Serving and greetings to business visitors, interacting with individuals of all professional levels. Communication and coordination with other departments. Overseeing the distribution of incoming and outgoing mails. Organizing necessary business travel/transport arrangements, Dealing with billing, maintenance and security procedures. Creating PO using SAP. Making reports on monthly costs, daily work.
